The Process

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

The process starts with a design consultation in which we get to know you and your event. This is your opportunity to review our portfolio and discuss your own style and custom design ideas.

ESTIMATE & CONTRACT

We will prepare an estimate for your review followed by a contract. Designs will begin once we receive the signed contract, a 50% non-refundable deposit, and the text for all items in your suite.

DESIGN PHASE

We will email designs for your review via PDF proof. Custom Invitation clients receive unlimited design proofs. Ready to Order clients receive the first two proofs free; subsequent proofs are additional and the cost will depend on the revisions.

PRINTING APPROVAL & FINAL SIGN OFF

Before printing begins, you will be e-mailed a Final Digital Proof PDF to review. Upon your approval, the files will be sent to print and production will begin. Any remaining balance is due at this time.

PRINTING AND PRODUCTION

Depending on the complexity of your order, its pieces, materials and parts, it will be ready in 3-8 weeks. Rush printing is also available. Please inquire if you need to meet a fast approaching deadline.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Once your order is complete it will be drop shipped to you. A guide with detailed instructions on how to stuff, stamp and mail is available upon request. We can also be hired to take care of invitation stuffing and stamping for you.
